Stein47.studio is a multidisciplinary design practice based in Berlin and Istanbul, founded on the principle of the new way of practicing architecture and aims to rethink the discipline in its core. We aim to produce new spaces for living, larning and enjoying. Therefore, we explore the cultural, social and emotional connections formed with buildings over time and work across disciplines.  
 

Positioned between east and west, the studio is shaped by diverse cultural influences, driven by ongoing transformation of cultural, social and emotional connections with buildings. We question what user needs from each building from the outset, listening keenly and taking time to understand the requirements that will define a successful space. We place our clients, collaborators, and occupants at the core of each project, mapping design explorations to integrate the potential of a concept. This layered soul of interventions with a sensitive approach to architecture makes it open to confidently use AI in their practice. 
 

Stein47.ressources extends its spatial thinking into a growing collection of furniture, exploring materiality and form on a more intimate scale. 
 

Working across a range of typoligies, we understand that Each project is more than a building; it requires a deeply understanding of the buildings’ relationship to users, site, and context as a whole. We take a cohesive approach to architecture, interior design and landscape, connecting concepts to inform a refined, unified spatial language at personal and civic scales. 
 

Beyond architecture, Stein47.talks is a series of talks that promotes the topic of contemporary culture and challenges the way in which architecture is approached today. Instigating conversations and education around the topics of art, design and architecture is another way we extend the social presence of the studio.
